Fendi began in 1918 when Adele Casagrande opened a leather and fur shop in Via del Plebiscito in central Rome. Fendi is an Italian fashion house best known for its "baguette" handbags. It started in 1918 as a fur and leather shop in Rome, but today is a multinational luxury goods brand owned by LVMH. Karl Lagerfeld is the creative director.
In 1962 the Fendis signed up German designer Karl Lagerfeld.In the year of 1966, fendi released its first couture line, which was completely designed by the designer Karl Lagerfield. This line does extremely well, and the internetional market is now paying very close attention to Fendi, the new name in the business.
They started manufacturing numerous new products, such as ties, jeans, gloves, hats, ties, lighters, pens and countless other items the fashionable would love. Fendi further extended their areas of marketing in the years to come, and some people within the company call it the full steam ahead years.
